比卦，是易經中的一個六爻卦象，由坎卦上卦和坤卦下卦組成，排在第六位。坎卦代表水，坤卦代表地，比卦的卦象象徵著水滴落在大地上，寓意著合作與互助。
The Bi hexagram is a six-line symbol in the Book of Changes (I Ching) consisting of the Kan trigram in the upper position representing water and the Kun trigram in the lower position representing earth. 第八卦：《比卦》
比：吉。 原筮，元永貞，無咎。 不寧方來，後夫兇。
【白話】《比卦》象徵親密無間，團結互助：吉祥。 探本求原，再一次卜筮佔問，知道要輔佐有德行的長者，長久不變地堅守正道，不
會有禍害。 連不安分的諸侯現在也來朝賀，還有少數來得遲的諸侯將有兇險。
《象》曰：地上有水，比；先王以建萬國，親諸侯。
【白話】《象辭》說：《比卦》的卦象為坤，（地）下坎（水）上，象徵地上有水。 大地上百川爭流，流水又浸潤大地，顯示地與水
親密無間，互相依存；以前的歷代君主明白這個道理，所以分封土地，建立萬國，安撫親近各地諸侯。
初六，有孚比之，無咎；有孚盈瑤，終來有它，吉。
【白話】初六，具有誠實守信的德行，親密團結，輔佐君主，不會有災禍；誠信的德行如同美酒注滿了酒缸，這樣遠方的人紛紛前來歸
附，結果是吉祥的。
《象》曰：《比》之初六，有它吉也。
【白話】《象辭》說：《比卦》的第一爻位（初六），表示一開始便具有誠信的德行，致使遠方來人歸附，自然可獲吉祥。
六二，比之自內，貞吉。
【白話】六二，在內部親密團結，努力輔佐君主，結果是吉祥的。
《象》曰："比之自內"，不自失也。
【白話】《象辭》說："內部親密無間團結一致，輔佐君主"，說明沒有偏離了正道。
六三，比之匪人。
【白話】六三，和行為不端正的人交朋友，而且關係親密。
《象》曰"比之匪人"，不亦傷乎？
【白話】《象辭》說："和行為不端正的人交朋友，而且關係親密"，難道不是一件很可悲的事嗎？
六四，外比之，貞吉。
【白話】六四，在對外交往中互相信任，親密團結，盡力輔佐賢明的君主，其結果是吉祥的。
《象》曰：外比於賢，以從上也。
【白話】《象辭》說：在外面親密團結朋友，輔佐賢君，說明要順從居於尊上地位的君主，才會有好的結果。
九五，顯比；王用三驅，失前禽，邑人不誡，吉。
【白話】九五，光明無私，親密團結，互相輔助；跟隨君王去田野圍獵，從三面驅趕，網開一面，看著禽獸從放開的一面逃走，毫不在
乎，君王的部下也不戒備，吉祥。
《象》曰："顯比"之吉，位正中也，捨逆取順，失前禽也；邑人不誡，上使中也。
【白話】《象辭》說："光明無私，親密團結，互相輔助"，可獲得吉祥，因為此時居於正中位置。 拋棄逆天行事的舉動而順其自然，就
好像圍獵時網開一面，讓該被擒的禽獸落網，不該被獲的從前面逃掉；君王的部下聽其自然，不加戒備；這是君王的賢德感化了部下的
緣故。
上六，比之無首，兇。
【白話】上六，和眾人親密團結、互助友愛但自己不居於領導地位，將有兇險。
《象》曰："比之無首"，無所終也。
【白話】《象辭》說："和眾人親密團結、互助友愛但自己不居於領導地位，將有兇險"，說明自己將來沒有可以隨附的地方，無立足之
地。
從卦象來看，比卦上卦為三個陰爻，代表柔順、謙虛和容納；下卦為三個陰爻，代表積極、主動和創造。因此，比卦也代表著柔中帶剛的特質，表明人們在進行事業或面對困難時，需要運用團隊精神、互助合作的力量，以應對挑戰和實現成功。
