師卦地水

師卦,是《周易》六十四卦中的第7卦,由坤卦和坎卦組成。坤代表地,坎代表水,師卦的意義是地勢低洼,水從高處流下來,形成較為崎嶇的地形。這象徵著困難與挑戰,也代表著在困境中給予或接受幫助的過程。

第七卦:《師卦》

師:貞,丈人吉,無咎。

【白話】《師卦》象徵兵眾(師指軍隊):堅守正道,德高望重富有經驗的長者統帥軍可以得到吉祥,不會有什麼災禍。

《象》曰:地中有水,師;君子以容民畜眾。

【白話】《象辭》說:《師卦》的卦像是坎(水)下坤(地)上,是地中有水之表象。 地中蘊藏聚集了大量的水,取之不盡,用之不

竭,象徵兵源充足;君子要像地中藏水一樣容納天下百姓,養育眾人,這樣就會有眾多的士兵可用。

初六,師出以律,否臧兇。

【白話】初六,出師徵戰必須要有嚴明的紀律,如果軍紀混亂必然有兇險。

《象》曰:"師出以律",失律兇也。

【白話】《象辭》說:"出師徵戰必須要有嚴明的紀律",要號令整齊,行動一致,賞罰分明。 如果軍紀不良,指揮不靈,必然要發生兇

險。

九二,在師,中吉,無咎;王三錫命。

【白話】九二,在軍中任統帥,持中不偏可得吉祥,不會有什麼災禍;君王多次進行獎勵,並被委以重任。

《象》曰:"在師中吉",承天寵也;"王三錫命",懷萬邦也。

【白話】《象辭》說:"在軍中任統帥,持中不偏可得吉祥,不會有什麼災禍",表明承受"天命",因此得到君王的寵幸;"君王多次進

行獎勵",說明懷有治國平天下使萬邦悅服的弘大志向。

六三,師或輿屍,兇。

【白話】六三,不時有士兵從戰場上運送戰死者的屍體回來,兇險。

《象》曰:"師或輿屍",大無功也。

【白話】《象辭》說:"士兵不時運送戰死者的屍體回來",說明不能知己知彼,在敵強我弱的情況下,不自量力發動進攻,結果戰敗,

沒有任何功績可言了。

六四,師左次,無咎。

【白話】六四,率軍暫時撤退,免得遭受損失。

《象》曰:"左次無咎",示失常也。

【白話】《象辭》說"觀察了戰場局勢後,暫時後退以避敵精銳,免遭更大損失"。 說明深通兵法,懂得用兵有進有退的常理。

六五,田有禽,利執言,無咎;長子帥師,弟子輿屍,貞兇。

【白話】六五,田野中有野獸出沒,率軍圍獵捕獲,不會有損失;委任德高望重的長者為軍中主帥,必將戰無不勝,委任無德小人將運

送著屍體大敗回,佔問的結果必然是兇險的。

《象》曰:"長子帥師",以中行也;"弟子輿屍",使不當也。

【白話】《象辭》說:"委任有德長者統帥軍隊戰無不勝",表明居中恃正,行為有法度,必然獲勝;"委任無德小人將運送著戰死者的

屍體,大敗而歸",說明用人不當,必招致大敗,將自食惡果。

上六,大君有命,開國承家,小人勿用。

【白話】上六,凱旋而歸,天子頒布了詔命,分封功臣,或封為諸侯,或封為上卿,或封為大夫,但小人決不可以重用。

《象》曰:"大君有命",以正功也;"小人勿用。必亂邦也。

【白話】《象辭》說:"天子頒布了詔命,分封功臣",是為了按功勞大小而公正封賞。 "小人絕不可以重複使用",因為重用小人必然危害並

擾亂邦國。
