䷳山卦䷳，陰卦，是《易經》六十四卦中的第五十二卦，由兩個艮卦組成，象徵著山、止、靜和陽剛之氣。
The Mountain hexagram, is the seventh hexagram of the Yi Jing (I Ching), classified as a Yin hexagram. Composed of two Gen (Mountain) trigrams, it symbolizes mountains, stillness, quietness, and the energy of the masculine.
第五十二卦：《艮卦》《山挂》
根：艮其背，不獲其身；行其庭，不見其人，無咎。
【白話】《艮卦》象徵抑止：止於背部，不得使身體面向所止的地方；就好像在庭院裡行走，兩兩相背，不曾感覺到有人的存在，進入這一境界，就不會 受害。
《象》曰：兼山，艮；君子以思不出其位。
【白話】《象辭》說：《艮卦》的卦像是艮（山）下艮（山）上，為兩山重疊之表象，象徵著抑止；君子的思想應當切合實際，不可超越自己所 處的地位。
初六，艮其趾，無咎，利永貞。
【白話】初六，抑止應該在腳趾邁出之前，這樣就不會受害，而且將有利於長久堅守正道。
《象》曰：「艮其趾」未失正也。
【白話】《象辭》說：“抑止應該在腳趾邁出之前”，這就說明沒有失去正道。
六二，艮其腓，不諱其隨，其心不快。
【白話】六二，抑止人的小腿的行動，不能邁步追隨應該追隨的人，他的心中是不會快樂的。
《象》曰：“不諱其隨”，未退聽。
【白話】《象辭》說：“不能邁步追隨應該追隨的人”，又不能退下來聽從抑止的意見，因而心中不快。
九三，艮其限，列其夤，厲薰心。
【白話】九三，抑止腰部的行動，斷裂脊背的肉，危難將像熊熊的烈火一樣燒灼他的心。
《象》曰：“艮其限”，危薰心也。
【白話】《象辭》說：“抑止腰部的行動”，說明危險將像熊熊的烈火一樣燒灼他的心。
六四，艮其身，無咎。
【白話】六四，抑制身體上部不動，就不會受害。
《象》曰：“艮其身”，止諸躬也。
【白話】《象辭》說：“抑止身體上部不動”，自我控制不超越本身的地位。
六五，根其輔，言有序，悔亡。
【白話】六五，抑止於口不隨便亂說，說話很有條理，悔恨將會消失。
《象》曰：「根其輔」，以中正也。
【白話】《象辭》說：“抑止於口不隨便亂說”，說明六五爻居於中位能守中道。
上九，敦艮，吉。
【白話】上九，能夠以敦厚篤實的德行抑止邪欲，就吉祥。
《象》曰：“敦艮之吉”，以厚終也。
【白話】《象辭》說：“能夠以敦厚篤實的德行抑止邪欲，就吉祥”，說明上九能夠將敦厚的德行保持至終。
艮卦的卦象由上一陽爻下兩陰爻組成，代表著山的形象。山有高峻的形態，所以艮卦也像徵著高峻、險峻、不可侵犯和不可動搖的力量。艮卦為靜止之本像，是一種沉靜和安穩的力量，同時也是一種無可動搖和堅定的力量。

Gen hexagram represents the essence of stillness, embodying a tranquil and stable force, as well as an unshakeable and firm power.
In the Yi Jing, the Gen hexagram signifies "stopping," indicating "to halt without advancing, the yang energy is contained."
